When you place an order, we use the details needed to take payment, deliver goods, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet our accounting and legal obligations. This can include your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and payment-status information. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by this website.
If you contact us through the website, email or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and support the order or compatibility check you request.

The purchase event contains the order reference, total value, currency and product information needed for measurement; it does not send your name, email address or delivery address in that event.
